Before verification: withdraw anytime, no questions asked. After payout: transactions are final — the card has been added to our reseller inventory.
Withdrawing a submission
Log in to your dashboard and click "Withdraw" next to any pending submission. Your card details are wiped from our system within 24 hours.
Disputes
If you believe we paid the wrong amount, reply to your payout email within 14 days and include the reference. We'll re-audit the verification and issue a top-up if the audit confirms an error.
